Custom Embroidered Patches and Clothing - Ordering is as easy as......1-2-3
1. Email, post, fax your design to us, letting us know how many you need, and how big you want them to be. We can then give you a quote. 

2. Then once you place your order. We will produce a digitised version of your design so that you can see how the finished embroidered patch will look. Then if you are happy with this we will go ahead and embroider your patches.

3. We make your patches.  

Types of Patch

Standard Backing is the most popular, allowing you to sew your patches on.We can add iron-on backing to  your patch, although nothing is quite as good as sewing your badge on, this is alot easier! Velcro backing can be used for inter-changable patches.

Patch Finishes

Merrow or overlocked edge is our most popular finish, it is a hardwearing stitched edging that wraps around the edge of the patch, stopping the fabric from fraying, and gives a guide line for sewing.  Hot cut edge is used on when the outer edge of a patch is too complex to overlock.

Badge Colours

We usually use embroidery threads and cloths that match closest with your design.  We can also offer metallic threads, these give a 'Chrome' effect finish, either to highlight a small part or all of your design.  It is available in silver and gold.
